I took my daughter to her appointment, and I was incredibly disappointed, with how unprofessional this establishment is! We arrived 15-20 min early so she could fill out paperwork, that wasn't even thorough. There was no air conditioning on and it was extremely hot! After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked the girl up front how long the wait would be, and was told the person who was to see her, had double booked appointments 15 minutes before my daughters! We were there an hour total, I got my money back, and wasn't even offered an apology. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
