    I have lived here for a year and I really enjoy it. My only issue is the water bill. They charge you 27.00 to bill you. City of Shelby says its not them and Marion Ridge says it is. Water bill runs 36.00 to 39.00 a month and 27.00 of it is a fee for billing.
